Rogue Legendary and Patch 4.3
Another interview showed up today in The Escapist. The most important part is the Rogue Legendary dagger and new raid level difficulty, but the important points are all below.

* Rogues will get a legendary dagger and exciting quest line to go with it. The lore for the dagger has not been decided upon yet.
* Looking for Raid tool raids will be easier than normal raids using a new level of difficulty (Looking For Raid).
* The Looking for Raid tool will only work for 25 man raids, not 10 man.
* Players will get different achievements and loot from doing Random Raid mode, no normal mode achievements or perks will be gained.
* This will introduce players to the content and mechanics of the fights so that they are more prepared for an actual raid.
* The new five mans will have tighter story integration with the Deathwing Raid than Icecrown Heroics did.
* The Dragonflights will work together to help take down Deathwing.
* Deathwing's random zone burning will continue at least until the end of Patch 4.3.
* They might be talking about Pandas at Blizzcon.

Please keep in mind that the below data is pre--PTR and could change prior to the release of patch 4.3.

Death Knight

* Blood, 2P -- When an attack drops your health below 35%, one of your Blood Runes will immediately activate and convert into a Death Rune for the next 20 sec. This effect cannot occur more than once every 45 sec.
* Blood, 4P -- Your Vampiric Blood ability also affects all party and raid members for 50% of the effect it has on you.
* DPS, 2P -- Sudden Doom has a 30% chance and Rime has a 60% chance to grant 2 charges when triggered instead of 1.
* DPS, 4P -- Runic Empowerment has a 25% chance and Runic Corruption has a 40% chance to also grant 710 mastery rating for 12 sec when activated.


Druid

* Balance, 2P -- Insect Swarm increases all damage done by your Starfire, Starsurge, and Wrath spells against that target by 3%.
* Balance, 4P -- Starsurge generates 100% extra Lunar or Solar energy while Eclipse is not active.
* Feral, 2P -- While Berserk is active, Savage Defense absorbs are 100% larger, and your Blood in the Water talent now causes Ferocious Bite to refresh the duration of your Rip on targets with 60% or less health.
* Feral, 4P -- Frenzied Regeneration also affects all raid and party members, and your Stampede talent now grants two charges after using Feral Charge (Cat).
* Restoration, 2P -- After using Innervate, the mana cost of your healing spells is reduced by 25% for 15 sec.
* Restoration, 4P -- Your Rejuvenation and Regrowth spells have a 10% chance to Timeslip and have double the normal duration.


Hunter

* 2P -- Steady Shot and Cobra Shot generate double the amount of focus.
* 4P -- Your Arcane Shot ability has a chance to grant 25% haste to you and your pet for 10 sec.


Mage

* 2P -- Your damaging spells have a 30% chance to grant Stolen Time, increasing your haste rating by 50 for 30 sec and stacking up to 10 times. When Arcane Power, Combustion, or Icy Veins expires, all stacks of Stolen Time are lost.
* 4P -- Each stack of Stolen Time also reduces the cooldown of Arcane Power by 3 sec, Combustion by 4 sec, and Icy Veins by 6 sec.


Paladin

* Holy, 2P -- After using Divine Favor, the mana cost of your healing spells is reduced by 25% for 15 sec.
* Holy, 4P -- Increases the healing done by your Holy Radiance spell by 20%.
* Protection, 2P -- Your Judgement ability now also grants a physical absorb shield equal to 30% of the damage it dealt.
* Protection, 4P -- Reduces the cooldown of Divine Guardian by 60 sec and increases the radius of its effect by 70 yards.
* Retribution, 2P -- Your Judgement ability has a 50% chance to generate 1 Holy Power.
* Retribution, 4P -- While Zealotry is active your abilities deal 12% more damage.


Priest

* Healer, 2P -- After using Power Infusion or Lightwell, the mana cost of your healing spells is reduced by 25% for [10|15] sec. (10 sec for Discipline, 15 for non--Discipline.)
* Healer, 4P -- Your Power Word: Shield has a 10% chance to absorb 100% additional damage, and the cooldown of your Holy Word abilities is reduced by 20%.
* Shadow, 2P -- Shadow Word: Death deals an additional 55% damage, and you no longer take damage from your own Shadow Word: Death when the target fails to die.
* Shadow, 4P -- Your Shadowfiend and Shadowy Apparitions have a 100% chance to grant you 3 Shadow Orbs each time they deal damage.


Rogue

* 2P -- After triggering Tricks of the Trade, your abilities cost 20% less energy for 6 sec.
* 4P -- Increases the duration of Shadow Dance by 2 sec, Adrenaline Rush by 3 sec, and Vendetta by 9 sec.


Shaman

* Elemental, 2P -- Elemental Mastery also grants you 400 mastery rating 15 sec.
* Elemental, 4P -- Each time Elemental Overload triggers, you gain 200 haste rating for 4 sec, stacking up to 3 times.
* Enhancement, 2P -- While you have any stacks of Maelstrom Weapon, your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, and healing spells deal 20% more healing or damage.
* Enhancement, 4P -- Your Feral Spirits have a 45% chance to grant you a charge of Maelstrom Weapon each time they deal damage.
* Restoration, 2P -- After using Mana Tide Totem, the cost of your healing spells are reduced by 25% for 15 sec.
* Restoration, 4P -- Increases the duration of Spiritwalker's Grace by 5 sec, and you gain 30% haste while Spiritwalker's grace is active.


Warlock

* 2P -- The duration of your Doomguard and Infernal summons is increased by [15|45] sec and the cooldown of of those spells is reduced by 4 min. (45 for Demonology, 15 for non--Demonology.)
* 4P -- Soulburn grants a 10% increase to your spell power for 10 sec.


Warrior

* Protection, 2P -- Your Revenge ability now also grants a physical absorption shield equal to 20% of the damage done by Revenge.
* Protection, 4P -- Your Shield Wall ability now grants 50% of its effect to all party and raid members.
* DPS, 2P -- Heroic Strike costs 10 less rage while Inner Rage is active.
* DPS, 4P -- Your Execute critical strikes have a 20% chance to refresh the duration of Colossus Smash.

Les bonus 4P tank sont imba, en comptant 2 tank par raid on en conclue qu'on aura 2 cd def supplémentaire pour le raid.

Les bonus sont totalement fumés, c'est hallucinant.
J'ose à peine imaginer les degats que l'on prendra et le dps à fournir.

* Veteran of the Third War now also reduces the cooldown of Outbreak by 30 sec.
* Abomination's Might now increases melee attack power by 10/20%, up from 5/10%. still increases ranged attack power by 5/10%.
* Blade Barrier has been revamped and is simpler - You take 2/4/6% less damage from all sources.
* Bone Shield now has 6 charges.


Frost

* Howling Blast now scales from 44% and 22% of Attack Power, down from 48% and 24% of AP.


Druid (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Restoration

* Wild Growth healing value has been reduced by 20%.


Hunter (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Survival

* Cobra Shot now has a 2 sec cast time, up from 1.5 sec.

* Aimed Shot now has a 2.9 sec cast time, up from 2.4 sec.

* Chimera Shot now causes Nature damage. (Tooltip clarification)
* Trueshot Aura now increases melee attack power by 20% and ranged attack power by 10%.


Paladin (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Retribution

* Blessing of Might now increases attack power by 20%.


Holy

* Divine Plea now grants a charge of Holy Power.
* Holy Radiance has been revamped - Imbues a friendly target with radiant energy, healing that target and all party or raid members within 10 yards for 50 to 61 and another 683 every 1 sec for 3 sec and grants a charge of Holy Power. 40 yd range, 40% of base mana, 3 sec cast
* Seal of Insight no longer restores the paladin's mana.
* Clarity of Purpose now also affects Holy Radiance.
* Infusion of Light now also affects Holy Radiance.
* Judgements of the Pure now also increases your mana regeneration from Spirit while in combat by 10/20/30%.
* Light of Dawn now heals up to 6 targets, up from 5.
* Paragon of Virtue now reduces the cooldown of Divine Protection by 15/30 sec, up from 10/20 sec.
* Speed of Light no longer reduces the cooldown of Holy Radiance.
* Tower of Radiance got an extra effect - In addition, casting Holy Radiance will always generate one charge of Holy Power.


Priest (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Holy

* Divine Hymn now heals up to 5 targets, up from 3. Maximum of 20 heals, up from 12.
* State of Mind has been replaced with Heavenly Voice Increases the healing done by your Divine Hymn spell by 50/100%, and reduces the cooldown by 2.5/5 minutes.


Discipline

* Atonement now affect a friendly target within 100 yards, up from 15.


Rogue (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Combat

* Backstab damage has been reduced by 50%. (This change is NOT in the official notes and could be a parsing error)


Assassination

* Ambush damage has been reduced by 48%. (This change is NOT in the official notes and could be a parsing error)
* Mutilate now deals 179% weapon damage, up from 150%. Damage no longer increased against poisoned targets.


Shaman (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Elemental

* Elemental Fury now removes the cooldown from your Chain Lightning spell.
* Thunderstorm now also reduces the enemies movement speed by 40% for 5 sec.
* Wind Shear now has a 25 sec cooldown, up from 6 sec.
* Call of Flame no longer increase the duration of Flame Shock on Fire Nova damage.
* Lava Flows now increases critical strike damage bonus of Lava Burst by 8/16%, up from 6/12%.
* Reverberation now reduces the cooldown of Wind Shear by 10/20 sec.


Enhancement

* Flametongue Weapon now increases magical damage done by 5%, instead of increasing spell damage by 747.
* Lava Lash now deals 260% weapon damage, up from 200%.
* Mental Quickness has been slightly revamped - Your spell power is now equal to 55% of your attack power, and you no longer benefit from other sources of spell power. Also, your instant beneficial, damaging, and totem spells cost 75% less mana.
* Stormstrike no longer increases Nature damage against the target. Now grants you an additional 25% chance to critically strike that enemy with your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Lightning Shield, and Earth Shock spells for 15 sec.
* Improved Lava Lash now increases the damage of Lava Lash by 10% for each application of Searing Flames, now also causes your Lava Lash to spread your Flame Shock from the target to up to four enemies within 12 yards.
* Unleashed Rage now increases melee attack power by 20% and ranged attack power by 10%.


Restoration

* Ancestral Healing got an extra effect - heals you cast increase allies' maximum health by 10% of the amount healed, up to a maximum of 10% of their health.
* Cleansing Waters - The heal effect can only occur once every 6 seconds.
* Riptide healing effect has been increased by 50%, from 3725 to 5585.

Fury

* Enrage now gives a physical damage bonus.


Arms

J'suis septique sur la refonte de la frappe tempête 25% de crit c'est pas mal mais ça veut dire des crit bien moins gros et personnellement, j'crit quand meme pas mal souvent avec les eclairs... Sinon, le reste, de la balle... Et j'ai moyen compris, le lava lash transfère l'horion de flamme sur 4 cibles supplémentaires, c ça ?

Chamelem, un ptit up et un gros nerf, cisaille à 25 sec de cd, même si moyen de le réduire, ca va etre la merde pour eux...

En tant que pvpiste, nerf du drood heal, on est plus très loin du freekill. A coté de ça, le palaheal a l'air up, après j'connais pas ses sorts mais vu le bloc qu'il y a...

Dk tank toujours en pvp va devenir intuable, déjà que c'est la merde...

Toujours pas d'info sur le feral...

Bon, perso, j'suis content, up de base du lava lash, moins violent avec 5 application de totem mais utile même si pas 5 applications puis rage du shaman a claquer pour burst, ça nous manquait ça... J'comprend pas pourquoi ca up le ranged par contre... A moins qu'ils considèrent que nos sorts sont du ranged...

bon après vérifications, j'ai confondu rage du shaman et unleashed rage... Donc toujours pas de phase burst... et le combo lava lash + flametongue totem et légèrement nerf pour ajouter le cleave, surement pour ça qu'ils ont up les dégâts de base du lava lash... Bon, dans l'ensemble, c'est pas mal quand même...
